Treasure · Unified Silla period · Cheongdo-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do
At present, the four stone steles are placed at the sides of the Stone Standing Buddha (there are two on each side) in Jagapjeon Hall, Unmunsa Temple, but it is presumed that they were originally set at the four sides of the brick pagoda, which used to be at the temple. King Virudhaka, the guardian in the south holds a sai. King Vaisravana, the guardian in the north holds a stupa. King Virupaksa, the guardian in the west holds a flame. King Dhrtarastra, guardian in the east with a sword in his hand is standing on top of an evil spirit.
According to their appearance, the steles are thought to been built during the Unified Silla Period.
